Medical Rounds
We offer flexible and responsive medical rounds solutions at the frequency and duration of your choice. We offer medical rounds solutions that start at 4 (four) weekly hours and range up to full-time coverage and beyond. Our dedicated team members will support the operator and the residents they serve with a great deal of consistency, punctuality, professionalism and respect.
- We will always send the same provider who will become familiar with operator and resident-specific needs, policies and procedures
- We will always be punctual and arrive at the designated time and date
- We will treat operators, team members, residents and families with respect and dignity
- We will offer 24/7 on-call support to team members so residents can be supported around the clock when they need it
- Because of our wide network of practitioners, operators will never be left without service even in the event of sickness or vacation; our team will provide coverage 24/7
- Our team members are experienced in the geriatric landscape
- We have access to immediate support services from ET nursing, psycho-geriatric physicians, consulting physicians, pharmacists and more.
- We practice to full scope including suturing, HDC, IV management, office skin procedures, etc…
- We would offer education sessions to your team as required
- We would always collaborate with existing medical personnel in a synergistic fashion
- We will offer emergency in-person visits, if necessary, at an additional cost
Policies
Whether you are a new operator who is mandated to have policies in place and does not know where to start or a seasoned operator who needs to revise existing policies using evidence-based practice principles, we have just the solution for you. We have the skill and expertise to offer you choices when it comes to your policy decisions:
- Full policy package – development and supply of all necessary policies, annual review and revision as per best practice and consultation on policy/practice related matters
- Select policy package – development of only certain policies as required by the operator
- Policy revision package – annual review of policies as per best practice principles
- Policy and practice-related consultation
Fee-For-Service
We understand that we all operate in a resource-conscious environment; therefore, we offer a variety of solutions to meet your needs. As a contracted partner, we could offer a fee for service support to operators and the residents they serve. In other words, we would charge a minimal monthly fee to be contracted for medical services, but would otherwise only charge per service request, whether remote or in person. We would guarantee an in-person response time of up to 120 minutes or less (depending on location) 24/7, 365 days a year. It will be up to the operator to decide how the hourly rate would be paid – operator coverage/operator billing on behalf of residents/resident coverage.
This type of relationship allows for low upfront cost while knowing that someone is available to support and treat residents 24/7.
On-Call
As part of our medical coverage package, 24/7 on-call is included, but if your organizational needs only necessitate you to add on-call services, we could offer that separately. Our on-call services include 24/7 access to an experienced Nurse Practitioner who will support the home’s Team Members in making the best decision for the resident. We would offer courteous, respectful and receptive support that builds on our world class customer service experience.
We could offer on-call support via the following secured channels,
- Phone
- Video conferecning
Finally, our on-call service also features in-person on-call, which is billed separately, but offers operators the flexibility required to prevent ED transfers and provide quality support to Team Members, residents and families.
Staffing Supplementation
We recognize that leadership roles within the Retirement sector are hard to fill with the right personnel and that at times recruitment may take months to find just the right candidate. We therefore specialize in providing periodic/contractual coverage for those key roles of GM / ED and DOC to ensure home practices remain intact while a transition in key personnel may be taking place.
We offer long and short-term leadership supplementation to ensure the interests and principles of the home remain intact.
Education
Our aging population presents with more complexity than ever before. We also recognize that in the quest for better support of residents, Retirement homes are required to assume more responsibility and liability.
We offer a solution to your educational support needs. We could offer full implementation programs or simple ad-hoc education when operators feel the need to educate their teams on particular topics.

We realize how limited LTC funding may be, especially when expenditure on service additions and Quality Improvement (QI) is concerned.

This is our most comprehensive package that includes 24/7 – 365 days a year access to both remote and in-person medical support/care. We will provide custom tailored executive care, leadership and guidance to you and your family in an effort to provide peace of mind. We will not rest until your needs are addressed and supported in the manner, which you find satisfactory. Our comprehensive executive package includes a dedicated practitioner assigned to you who will be versed with your holistic needs and serve you on a consistent basis when and where you need it. There will be not need to explain your needs, because we will know them.

- Appointment at the hospital or with a specialist? We will attend and even drive you, if necessary
- Cough and fever on Friday night? We will assess and treat you in person that same night

Our remote care package includes medical support when and where you need it available through phone and video conferencing. We will be available 24/7 – 365 days a year to support and guide all your medical needs and questions. We are only a phone call away!
Individual and Family Care
Our packages offer individual or family packages. Although the service remains the same across both options, the cost differs to suit your needs and specific circumstances better.
Family solution includes coverage for spouses and children residing in the same household. Coverage for extended family (parents, siblings, etc…) is available with significant discounts.
